We are searching for a dynamic, motivated person with sales and sponsorship experience to take on a key role in the advertising & sponsorship division, growing our sponsorship and brand partnership business.

This person will be responsible for creating and selling sponsorship rights opportunities and digital activation solutions across the current company partner portfolio, with a focus on sports betting operators.

THE CHALLENGE :

• Develop and drive forward Sportradar's sponsorship business, focusing on the sports betting category.
• Contribute to the growth strategy by targeting sports-interested brands in adjacent markets and categories.
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting and preparing pitches to securing commitments, contracting, and renewals.
• Manage existing relationships and develop new ones with global sports rightsholders (clubs, teams, leagues, federations) from initial discussions through to contracting and representation.
• Introduce and sell Sportradar-developed technology for digital activation of new partnerships.
• Contribute to the broader internal sponsorship and advertising monetization strategy.
• Monitor and highlight international trends in the sponsorship and advertising industry.
• Represent the company at global industry conferences and events.
• Manage the sales pipeline using the internal CRM system (Salesforce).

YOUR PROFILE :

• Experience consulting and advising clients on sponsorship sales and activation.
• Understanding of the global sports betting and gaming landscape, especially across the EMEA region.
• Network across sports rightsholders.
• Positive personality with strong networking skills.
• Organizational skills to manage a wide sales pipeline.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Passionate about sports.
• Willingness to travel.
