Role Overview :

  • The Sales Executive O&G / Chem / PWR Markets will lead the commercial activities and drive profitable revenue growth across the targeted Oil & Gas, Chemical and Power industries in Europe, with a primary focus on Germany.
  • This role is critical in expanding our footprint in strategically important and technically demanding markets.
  • You will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy balancing EPC, End User and OEM, build key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure our solutions deliver superior value.
  • This role represents a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Growth Segment Industrials markets across Europe Oil & Gas, Chemical and Power and contribute to the strategic expansion of Watlow’s in Europe.
  • The role will require travel within Central & Eastern Europe with possible overseas travel to meet with European and Worldwide Colleagues for Community / Sales meetings / Trade shows / conferences.

Qualifications And Attributes :

  • Proven experience in sales / business development in an industrial B2B environment, ideally in thermal systems, process automation equipment, or industrial material processing sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial processes related to Oil & Gas, Chemical and Power is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in Key Account Management and Strategic Selling, with demonstrable success in complex sales cycles and high-value negotiations driving profitable revenue growth, Gross Margin, up to sustainable EBITDA.
  • Strong capabilities on building customer relationships and delivering sustainable commercial success.
  • Experience working within a matrixed global organization and influencing across functions.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Skilled in CRM usage, opportunity pipeline management, and data-driven sales approaches.
  • Leadership style : customer-centric, results-driven, collaborative, and entrepreneurial.
