Exceptional opportunity for a passionate and skilled Senior Sales Executive to join a fast-growing scale-up company and the global leader in institutional digital asset trading technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process from business development, lead qualification, business analysis, client presentations, through to negotiation and deal closing.
  • Build, execute, and manage a territory plan to ensure consistent growth and client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, pre-sales, and sales support to increase sales through participation in the development and delivery of successful go-to-market campaigns focused on Germany and Austria.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, primarily measured by new client acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of strategic B2B consultative solution sales experience in mission-critical enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets in enterprise trading solutions.
  • Demonstrable success in securing large enterprise deals with banks and buy-side institutions.
  • Existing network within sell-side firms and banks, especially those active in the crypto and digital asset space.
  • Experience in selling both SaaS-hosted and on-premises deployed technologies.
