As part of euNetworks' ongoing growth in customers and infrastructure, we are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our Wholesale team in Frankfurt. In this role, you will work closely with our Wholesale Sales team to support a broad range of customers, including carriers, service providers, and network operators.

What will you be doing?

  • Engage with customers in a pro-active manner to establish requirements. Provide advice and guidance to customers where needed. Be responsive to requests for information on technical and commercial (cost related) issues.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that technical designs are fully costed ready for commercial approval.
  • Develop bespoke solutions for specific customer requirements, and wherever possible promote the euNetworks product set, network capabilities and brand proposition
  • Work seamlessly across Sales, Delivery and Engineering functions to ensure your customer solutions have the focus required for both design and delivery phases.

Team structure :

You will be providing guidance and support to Graduates and Junior SE’s

You will receive guidance and support from Senior SEs, Subject Matter Experts, and Sales Engineering Managers.

What do we want from you?

  • Advanced technical knowledge in areas such as DWDM, optical technology, dark fibre, cloud services, routing, switching, Ethernet, IP & Internet
  • Relevant experience in the telecommunications sector, including experience in Sales Engineering / Pre Sales. Earlier experience may have been as a Service Activation or Network Engineer.
  • Strong applications skill set across network inventory applications, Microsoft Office applications including Visio, Salesforce.com, Google Earth KMZ’s.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English is essential
