  • stay on top of market and industry trends, providing reliable and accurate reports to help steer the business and guide internal stakeholders
  • continuously monitor the competition and deliver key insights to shape sales and support strategies
  • handle, review, and lead all incoming customer requests while keeping all relevant databases up to date
  • take the lead in preparing documentation and agreements (including tenders, MoUs, LOIs, sales and service contracts, agent, dealership, and finder agreements, etc.)
  • prepare and share accurate and up-to-date metrics and KPIs with your direct reporting line to help drive business, customer, and market decisions
  • take part in shaping the sales strategy to prepare the company’s market entry- and success - in specific regions
  • work closely with all internal departments, leading by example when it comes to teamwork and you follow up on customer operations, support internal teams, and ensure continuous customer satisfaction and timely responses
  • evaluate, prepare, and take part in customer visits and events, both worldwide and in-house, whenever needed
  • create and develop marketing strategies, including messaging, brochures, marketing materials, event content, social media content, and presentations
  • oversee the production of marketing materials, from content creation and design coordination to supplier selection and ordering (e.g., photo and video shoots)
  • follow all internal processes as outlined by the organization, ensuring full compliance with company policies and guidelines
  • work with integrity and discipline, serving as a role model for supporting the organization and aligning with the company’s global strategy, vision, and mission

  • hold a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, and bring several years of experience in the aviation industry along with strong commercial and financial acumen
  • have a proven track record in aircraft sales and marketing or a similarly relevant field within aviation
  • are familiar with the global aviation sales landscape and understand the full aircraft sales process, including strategies and channels
  • ideally have experience using Salesforce
  • possess strong skills in customer development, marketing, and business negotiation
  • are ready to represent the company at events and are open to visiting customers and traveling internationally
  • have a strong sales mindset and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • speak English fluently, and ideally, also have a good command of German
