Kleinanzeigen is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to lead reporting and insights for our PRO Sales leadership. You will enable data-driven decisions, challenge senior stakeholders, and manage a backlog with disciplined execution.

Key areas include self-service analytics for sellers, automated campaign reporting, data integration with partners, and advanced forecasting. Strong SQL, Salesforce, and Databricks experience are required, with Python and AI tooling as a plus.

In the Kleinanzeagen PRO Business Unit, we are scaling a high-growth SMB powerhouse. To achieve our ambitious growth targets, we are looking for a Senior Sales Analyst who will closely collaborate with PRO Sales leadership to bring our reporting and insight generation to the next level.
This role is designed for an independent decision-enabler who can challenge senior stakeholders while maintaining tight organization over their backlog and execution.

Job requirements

Your Profile

• Experience: 4–5+ years of hands‑on experience in mid‑to‑senior sales analytics roles, ideally within a marketplace (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Allegro), SaaS, or E‑Commerce environment.
• Core technical stack: Advanced SQL skills (code optimization) alongside proven hands‑on experience with Salesforce data (must) and Databricks (must). Proficiency with Python, dbt, and CI/CD workflows is a strong plus.
• Modern data architecture: Solid understanding of modern data flows (Salesforce -> Databricks -> dbt -> BI/Products) and analytics infrastructure. Ability to partner with Data Engineering and Platform teams to design scalable solutions.
• Advanced & predictive analytics: Proven track record with advanced analytical techniques and statistical forecasting methods to convert complex datasets into predictive insights.
• Visualization & reporting: Demonstrated experience with data visualization platforms; Tableau and Databricks Dashboards are a major plus.
• Modern AI integration: Practical experience with AI tools in analytical workflows. Knowing when to automate versus when to perform deep manual analysis. Using agentic AI as a daily companion, with a proven track record of leveraging AI tooling (especially Claude) to execute both tedious administrative tasks and high‑value deliverables efficiently.
• Stakeholder management & ownership mindset: Decision-focused with a strong sense of end‑to‑end ownership, accountability, and backlog prioritization. Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders and translating complex data for non‑technical audiences.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage.

Your Role

• Drive partner & professional sellers’ self‑service analytics: Build a robust, scalable self‑service reporting base for our professional sellers, as well as partners and associations.
• Automate sales campaign reporting: Restructure campaign management and reporting, driving the shift toward automated, self‑service channel data.
• Lead data Integration & modeling: Ingest, model, and integrate third‑party partner data streams directly into internal systems alongside data engineers, platform teams, and external Salesforce consultants.
• Cross‑functional collaboration & sales enablement: Act as a sparring partner for sales stakeholders by providing access to critical data, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and leading cross‑functional alignment.
• Attribution & performance intelligence: Deliver revenue reconciliation, attribution models, market intelligence, and risk/opportunity recommendations to optimize sales performance.
• Advanced analytics & future foundations: Lay the analytics foundations for forward‑looking predictions and sales forecasting models to support strategic decision‑making.
• AI Integration: Integrate AI tools into your analytical workflows and help stakeholders do the same. Automate where it creates leverage; go deep where it matters.
