About the role

The AI team at Agile Robots is seeking a technically grounded engineer to support the testing and deployment of advanced robotics solutions. This position requires close collaboration with international R&D and manufacturing teams, with a strong focus on executing field tests, supporting customer deployments, and running technology demonstrations. The role is highly hands-on and travel-oriented, acting as the critical link between developers and on-site operations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Field Integration: Lead on-site setup, testing, and validation of robotic systems, ensuring smooth deployment of new hardware and software releases.
  • Troubleshooting: Run experiments, collect logs, analyze issues, and deliver structured feedback to development teams.
  • Demonstrations: Prepare and conduct professional demos for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hardware, software, and automation teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Communication: Document results, report field progress, and represent R&D teams on-site with professionalism.
  • Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in robotics, automation, or industrial system integration.
  • Technical Skills: Strong testing and troubleshooting abilities; proficiency in Python or C++ and Linux environments.
  • Soft Skills: Clear communicator, confident in running demos and engaging customers.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%.
