We are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) Risk Manager (d/f/m) to join mobile.de.

As a (Senior) Risk Manager, your main responsibilities will be to support the design and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, coordinate risk assessments, and identify emerging risks and trends impacting strategic objectives.

This role also involves promoting risk culture and providing training to stakeholders to ensure effective ERM framework execution.

You will operate on a hybrid model, combining remote work with in-office presence at our Berlin office in Charlottenburg.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support the adoption and use of the ERM Framework.
• Coordinate risk assessment processes and identify emerging risks.
• Assist risk owners in risk mitigation and monitoring activities.
• Identify training needs and deliver ERM-related training.
• Support senior management in promoting risk culture.
• Facilitate risk processes such as Risk Appetite Deep Dive.
• Participate or lead governing risk bodies.
• Collaborate across departments on risk-related projects.

Requirements include around 8-10+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in a public listed company, with proven knowledge of risk management techniques and the ability to communicate complex ERM concepts to non-specialists.

Preferred certifications include CRMA, COSO ERM, CIA, IRM, or similar.

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related fields is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication skills in English and German are necessary.
