Senior Risk Manager

Reporting Line

Reports to the global Compliance Officer of SAP Fioneer.

Role Overview

This role is crucial in enhancing the global risk management function, working closely with all business units and the Group leadership team to ensure risk awareness, process adoption, risk capturing, and mitigation. The Senior Risk Manager will also oversee supplier due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the Risk Management System (RMS) in line with ISO31000 and ISO27005 standards.
• Support Business Owners and Group Leadership in risk management processes.
• Promote risk awareness and management adoption across SAP Fioneer globally.
• Ensure risk reviews are conducted with appropriate mitigation or acceptance strategies.
• Prepare risk overviews for Group Leadership.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc risk reports for regulated customers.
• Manage the supplier risk management process and due diligence.
• Maintain and enhance risk management tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational education.
• At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management within a global tech company; experience in software development and SaaS is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for C-Level interactions.
• Structured work approach and program management skills.
• Adaptability to constant change.
• Experience with risk management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business fluency in English.
• A sense of humor.
