As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will be key in transforming how we work across departments by leveraging data, automation, and AI tools to unlock efficiency and drive growth in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and more.

Your responsibilities:

• Identify GTM bottlenecks and implement scalable workflows to improve efficiency and team experience.
• Manage and optimize our GTM tech stack, including tools like HubSpot, to enable teams to perform their best.
• Experiment with internal AI tools, automations, and no-code solutions to enhance workflows.
• Analyze GTM data, identify trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and reports to support cross-functional planning and execution of OKRs.

About you:

• Ability to identify and fix broken processes.
• At least 2 years of experience in revenue operations or similar roles.
