Job summary

Happyhotel in Germany is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own the entire GTM tech stack across the customer journey and drive scalable automation. You will implement new software, ensure data quality and GDPR compliance, and train teams on system use.

The role covers pricing, onboarding and billing processes, with a strong emphasis on dashboards, forecasting, and KPI reporting. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in revenue/operations roles, a proven GTM tech stack track record, API

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations or comparable role.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining a GTM tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, Calendly, Kickscale, Clay, Instantly, Jotform, Zapier/Make, billing software such as Stripe/Billwerk/Chargebee or similar market alternatives)
• Strong technical skills: basic API understanding, data models, interfaces
• Experience in sales, marketing, onboarding and billing processes
• Knowledge of data protection & GDPR
• Ability to build, document and operationalize complex processes
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Experience with the use and implementation of AI tools
