• Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5+ years in retail expansion, leasing, site development, or real estate.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with location/feasibility assessments.
• Proven project management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania).

Expansion Manager Retail Europe (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about identifying new growth opportunities and bringing retail concepts to life? As Expansion Manager Retail Europe, you will drive our store expansion strategy across Europe, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe, from market analysis and site selection to lease negotiations and store openings.
