Wolt is hiring for an Onboarding Operations role focused on the German market. You will help onboard restaurant and retail partners, ensuring a seamless experience from sign-up to launch in Berlin and beyond.

Formación

• Multiple years of experience in sales, support, operations or account management.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with analytical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with various teams to coordinate seamless merchant onboarding and service experience.
• Inform partners about processes via form, email, and phone, mostly in German.
• Monitor processes and track progress through Monday.com and other Wolt software.

About the role

Our Onboarding Operations team (Restaurant/Retail Onboarding) is the heart and soul of Wolt. We ensure that we set all our (restaurant and retail) partners up for success through a seamless onboarding, menu and photo experience. As Wolt grows in both size and scope of our offering, the strength of our engine must grow with it.

About the Team

As a member of our team, you will master the core functions, including onboarding partners and managing cross-functional partners both internally and externally for the German market. You will interact with partners, welcome them to Wolt and ensure their experience is seamless and they are set up for success!
