Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Life Science, Computer Science)
  • Several years of resource and project management experience in pharma/biotech/CRO
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, including workforce planning and resource management
  • Proficiency in resource management and data quality with analytics, visualization, and programming (Python, SAS, SQL)
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional projects; PMP is a plus
  • Excellent organization, communication and stakeholder management with high compliance focus
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required for international role

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Life Science, Computer Science or related field
  • Several years of experience in resource and project management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, ideally including workforce planning and resource management principles
  • Proficiency in resource management and/or data quality and convincing strengths in data analytics, visualization and programming skills (e.g. Python, SAS, SQL)
  • Experience in large scale project leadership, working in cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities. Certifications such as PMP are a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills combined with high attention to detail and strong compliance focus
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory due to the international approach of the role
