We are seeking a Senior Resource Manager to join Clinical Development Operations (CDO) Business Operations Team, who will combine strong project leadership with advanced data analytics and programming capabilities to drive end-to-end resource planning and decision-making across CDO in a global, cross-functional setting. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of resource management by enabling data-driven insights, scalable solutions, and high-impact transformation initiatives.

This position can either be filled in Ingelheim or Biberach and has a hybrid setup with approximately 1-2 days per week on site.
