A mobility electrification solutions partner is seeking a candidate with a strong technical background in mechanical and mechatronic systems, along with hands-on experience in requirements engineering within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will introduce and maintain management tools and databases while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to cascade customer requirements effectively.

Qualifikationen

  • Automotive technical background of minimum 5 years in mechanical and mechatronic systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering and validation.
  • Experience with OEM base requirements is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Automotive-focused technical background of minimum 5 years in mechanical & mechatronic systems (PE / PM)
  2. At least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, requirement releases, and validation in an automotive environment
  3. Experience with OEM base requirements & systems is mandatory
  4. PE certification beneficial (e.g., CPRE or equivalents)

Description

  1. Introduction of requirement management-based tools/software
  2. Introduction & maintenance of requirements database
  3. Strong team alignment & communication skills, including cascading down & maintaining customer requirements, processing them through requirements management software, assigning work packages, and following up on stakeholder deliverables

Soft Skills

  • Structured & process-oriented work approach, goal-oriented, analytical mindset

Preferred Language Skills

  • English & German
  • Chinese would be an added advantage
