Job Responsibilities:

• Automotive focused technical background of min 5 years in mechanical & mechatronic systems (PE / PM)
• Min 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, requirement releases, and validation in automotive environment
• Experience in OEM base requirements & systems is mandatory
• PE certification beneficial (e.g., CPRE or equivalents)

Description:

• Introduction of requirement management-based tool / Software
• Introduction & maintenance of requirements database
• Strong team alignment & communication skills, closing the loop with all relevant functions & stakeholders: cascading down & maintaining customer requirements, processing them through requirements management software, assigning work packages, and following up on stakeholder deliverables
• Structured & process-based work approach, goal-oriented, analytical mindset
