Job Responsibilities :

1. Automotive focused technical background of min 5 years in mechanical & mechatronic systems (PE / PM).
2. Min 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, requirement releases, and validation in an automotive environment.
3. Experience in OEM base requirements & systems is mandatory.
4. PE certification beneficial (e.g., CPRE or equivalents).

Description :

1. Introduction of requirement management-based tool / software.
2. Introduction & maintenance of requirements database.
3. Strong team-alignment & communication skills, closing the loop with all relevant functions & stakeholders: cascading down & maintaining customer requirements, processing them through requirements management software, assigning work packages, and following up on stakeholder deliverables.
4. Structured & process-based work approach, goal-oriented, analytical mindset.
