Job Responsibilities:

• Automotive-focused technical background of at least 5 years in mechanical & mechatronic systems (PE/PM)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, requirement releases, and validation in an automotive environment
• Experience with OEM base requirements & systems is mandatory
• PE certification beneficial (e.g., CPRE or equivalents)

Description:

• Introduction of requirement management-based tools/software
• Introduction & maintenance of requirements database
• Strong team alignment & communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with all relevant functions & stakeholders: cascading customer requirements, processing them through requirements management software, assigning work packages, and following up on stakeholder deliverables

Soft skills:

• Structured & process-oriented work approach, goal-oriented, analytical mindset

Skills:

• English & German proficiency
• Chinese language skills would be an asset
