(Senior) Regulatory Reporting Manager (f / m / d)

The Sr. Manager, Business Services is responsible for office management, facility management, Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), car fleet management, supporting the enterprise CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) on activities related to facilities and fleet, and reception management for Alexion's Munich site in Germany, in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders and vendors both nationally and internationally. It is essential to have a positive can-do attitude as tasks will be multifaceted with multiple people and function/level interactions.

The position has been recently established, offering the candidate an opportunity to create this function together with the Head of Business Services.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Create the Business Services function covering Facility Management, Fleet Management, and SHE.
2. Manage 1 direct report (receptionist) and the ISS team.
3. Facility Management: Ensure smooth and safe workflows at the Munich Office, including the upcoming move to a newly renovated floor, fulfill operator responsibilities, oversee service providers, and ensure professional reception operations.
4. Manage the ISS team, including reception staff, day porters, and cleaning services.
5. SHE: Ensure compliance with statutory occupational safety requirements, work with the global SHE reporting system, manage external functions like the Company Doctor and Safety Specialist, and participate as a member of the global SHE team.
6. Mobility: Support external fleet management, supervise the German car fleet with a transition to e-mobility by the end of 2025, manage leasing, rental, and insurance providers, and coordinate driver safety trainings and campaigns.

Essential Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong leadership, reliability, resilience, business acumen, and service orientation.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Independent, structured, and precise working style with excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in German and business English.
• Experience in fleet management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with office fitouts.
• Experience in SHE management.
• Experience managing a reception desk.
