Job Responsibilities
- You would prepare the monthly and quarterly operational reporting to the supervisory authorities.
- You ensure that all relevant control processes are followed and continuously enhanced and improved.
- You constantly review processes and initiate further automations in close collaboration with the data team(s).
- You monitor changes in the regulatory environment and derive necessary change processes for the processes, the team, and the bank.
- You participate in projects to ensure that relevant regulatory requirements are implemented.
- You cooperate closely with other teams on regulatory matters and foster open communication with auditors and regulators.
Your Profile
- You completed your studies in Economics, Finance / Accounting, or a comparable field.
- You have 5+ years of experience working in the regulatory reporting environment and have deep knowledge of central statistical and prudential reporting (COREP; FINREP; national statistical reporting).
- Experience in tax statistical reporting (CRS / FATCA) and §24c KWG reporting is a strong plus.
- You are familiar with regulatory reporting software; BAIS would be ideal, and SQL skills are an advantage.
- You can translate functional changes into requirements that a technical team can implement.
- You have a structured work approach and can communicate complex facts to different stakeholders.
- You enjoy working proactively as part of a motivated team.
- You are fluent in English and German.
