Job Description:
Your Responsibilities:
- You will take ownership of monthly and quarterly regulatory reports submitted to supervisory authorities (e.g., COREP, FINREP, statistical reports).
- You will ensure that robust control processes are executed and continuously improved.
- You will identify opportunities to automate processes and systems, working closely with the Data team.
- You will monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on processes, systems, and the wider bank.
- You will contribute to projects to implement regulatory requirements efficiently and sustainably.
- You will collaborate with other teams on regulatory topics and engage with auditors and regulators.
Your Profile:
- You completed your studies in Economics, Finance / Accounting, or a comparable field.
- You have 5+ years of experience working in the regulatory reporting environment and gained deep knowledge of central statistical and prudential reporting (COREP, FINREP, national statistical reporting).
- Experience in tax statistical reporting (CRS/FATCA) and §24c KWG reporting is a strong plus.
- You are familiar with regulatory reporting software; BAIS would be ideal, and SQL skills are an advantage.
- You can translate functional changes into requirements for a technical team to implement.
- You have a structured work approach and can communicate complex facts to different stakeholders.
- You enjoy working proactively as part of a motivated team.
- You are fluent in English and German.
