Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Adherence & Governance

Proactively identify new, existing, or evolving material regulatory requirements and core rules impacting MoRM activities.

  • Conduct initial impact assessments and coordinate self-assessments to evaluate adherence and identify potential gaps.

  • Promote awareness of regulatory obligations across the MoRM organization and support the implementation of required controls or remediation.

  • Track progress against milestones and maintain documentation to support effective closure.

  • Reporting & Executive Communication

Own the development and maintenance of the monthly Regulatory & Audit Update deck for MoRM ExCo, capturing all material updates on regulatory exams, audits, findings, and associated risks.

  • Enable data-driven decision-making by senior MoRM leadership through clear, concise, and forward-looking reporting.

  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

Partner with internal and external stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, COO CRO, GSA, TDI, and other business units to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to regulatory and audit topics.

  • Actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at strengthening Deutsche Bank’s regulatory posture and control environment in the context of model risk.

  • Experience in producing executive-level reports and presentations.

  • Knowledge of Deutsche Bank’s internal control framework and regulatory infrastructure (preferred but not essential).
