Overview of tasks :

• Recruit, manage, and lead a dynamic team that responds to and fulfills clients' hiring needs.
• Designing and implementing different recruiting strategies.
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team and motivating the team to achieve our goals.
• Compiling / Creating decks and reports and making sure all information being presented is accurate to the management team.
• Close communication with AGMs, and OMs to ensure 100% completion of the classes and the delivery of the correct profile.
• Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies.
• Implementing innovative recruitment strategies to meet the organization's goals and objectives.

What we expect :

• Proven experience in leading a team across multiple countries or relevant people management
• Experience as a Recruiter or similar position attracting talent or previous experience as a team leader - Required
• Minimum of 2 years at University in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing - Desired
• Special training programs in the Call Center industry- Desirable
• English & German Proficiency C1 or above (Mandatory)
• Knowledge in High volume and Strategic Recruitment
• Development and implementation of budgets. (Desirable)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the recruiting process.
