Dexterra Group in Germany is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to manage high-volume requisitions for remote services, partnering with senior managers to fill talent pipelines across locations. You will screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, design interview questions, and oversee full-cycle recruitment using Smart Recruiters, with English and Spanish fluency and MS Office proficiency.

• Proven ability to source both active and passive candidates in tight labour markets.
