Zusammenfassung

Flix is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) on a 15-month fixed-term contract to join the Global Business Talent Acquisition team in Munich. You will own end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles across Germany and Europe, partnering with senior stakeholders and shaping hiring strategies.

You will source, interview, and assess candidates, use Greenhouse KPIs, deliver a great candidate experience, and strengthen the Flix employer brand while contributing to cross-functional TA

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring business/corporate roles across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong stakeholder and offer management skills; partner with senior leaders.
• Resilient and agile, able to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Strong active sourcing expertise and sustainable talent pipelines.
• Confident using data and recruitment metrics to inform decisions.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.

We are looking for an experienced and driven (Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d) on a fixed term basis to join our Global BusinessTalent Acquisition team, supporting hiring in Germany HQ & Europe for corporate/business roles. In this role, you'll take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment, partner with senior stakeholders, and help shape hiring strategies across a broad range of business functions.

This role is based in Munich (hybrid model) and is offered as a 15-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

About the Role

• Own end-to-end recruitment for business/corporate roles in Germany & Europe, covering multiple functions and seniority levels
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, shaping hiring strategies and defining effective sourcing and assessment approaches
• Proactively source and engage diverse talent pools using creative, data-driven methods across multiple channels
• Lead and conduct structured interviews independently, ensuring a consistent, high-quality selection process
• Use recruitment KPIs and ATS reporting (e.g., Greenhouse) to drive data-informed hiring decisions
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience while actively strengthening and representing the Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey
• Contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects, focused on improving processes, scalability, and ways of working

About You

• 4+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment
• Proven experience hiring business/corporate roles across multiple functions (e.g. finance, HR, marketing, sales, operations etc.) and seniority levels
• Strong stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and build trusted relationships
• Resilient and agile, comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities without losing focus or quality
• Strong active sourcing expertise with the ability to build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines
• Confident using data and recruitment metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes
• Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
