Tasks

1. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
2. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview processes with hiring managers.
3. Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
4. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
3. At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Finance industry.
4. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
6. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
