We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter – fluent in German to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Working as an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, as well as client stakeholder management.

This role will be based ideally in Hamburg or anywhere else in Germany.

The successful Senior Recruiter will carry out the following duties:

  1. Take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a focus on direct sourcing and diversity.
  2. Manage day-to-day interactions with client/HR business partners professionally and promptly.
  3. Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
  4. Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and build talent pools for current and future needs.
  5. Develop strategies to maximize successful recruitment outcomes.
  6. Maintain and foster relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  7. Support and meet overall service delivery targets.
  8. Provide market insights, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks to Hiring Managers.
  9. Maintain accurate metrics and ensure high data integrity in reporting.

The Senior Recruiter will have the following skills:

  • Experience in Recruitment, RPO, or Agency environment.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Experience with German worker’s councils is a plus.
  • Experience with ATS systems like Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc., is preferred.
  • Proven ability to interact professionally with clients and manage expectations.
  • Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with client needs.
  • Experience in direct candidate sourcing and briefing candidates on opportunities.
  • Commitment to providing a premium candidate experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Focus on process innovation and high performance.
