We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter – fluent in German to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Working as an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, as well as client stakeholder management.

This role will be based ideally in Hamburg or anywhere else in Germany.

The successful Senior Recruiter will carry out the following duties:

  • Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity.
  • Interact with clients and HR business partners in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement and strategies.
  • Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and build talent pools for current and future requirements.
  • Develop strategies to ensure maximum, successful recruitment output.
  • Maintain and build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Support and deliver on overall service delivery targets.
  • Provide market condition, candidate availability, and salary benchmark information to Hiring Managers.
  • Maintain critical metrics and ensure high data integrity in reporting.

The Senior Recruiter will have the following skills:

  • Experience in Recruitment, RPO, or Agency roles.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Experience with German worker’s councils is a plus.
  • Experience with ATS systems like Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc.
  • Client-facing experience with professional interactions.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and advise accordingly.
  • Experience partnering with HR to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to contact and brief candidates effectively.
  • Commitment to providing a premium candidate experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience interpreting data and reporting.
  • Focus on process innovation and high performance.
