We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter – fluent in German to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team for a 12 months fixed term contract.
Working as an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, as well as client stakeholder management.
This role will be based ideally in Hamburg or otherwise anywhere in Germany.
The successful Senior Recruiter will be asked to carry out the following duties :
- Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity.
- Responsible for day-to-day interaction with client / HR business partners in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
- Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
- Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and/or build talent pools for current and future requirements.
- Involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful output.
- Maintain and create relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets.
- Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks.
- Maintain critical metrics and ensure high data integrity within reporting.
The Senior Recruiter will have the following skills :
- Experience within the Recruitment / RPO field / Agency.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Experience with the German worker’s council is a plus.
- Ideally experience with client-specific Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc., to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to be client-facing and conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
- Ability to set and manage client expectations through the recruitment process; identify continuous improvement opportunities and act as an advisor to the client.
- Experience leading client briefings or partnering with client HR business partners to understand job requirements, provide input, and develop sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates.
- Ability to contact candidates directly, brief them on the opportunity, and communicate the client value proposition for various roles.
- Ambassador for a premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practices.
- IT literate with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Experience interpreting data and reporting.
