A leading technology company is seeking a Senior Recruiter for its team in Germany, preferably Munich. An opportunity has arisen to join our team focussing on Germany & Austrian markets. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategy by leveraging data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions and drive business success. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, consulting on talent needs and proactively identifying opportunities to bring in diverse and high-potential talent. Your expertise in market analysis, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices will ensure we attract, assess, and secure the best candidates for both immediate and future needs. You’ll advocate for Microsoft’s unique career possibilities, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and supporting our commitment to advancing our culture and operational excellence.
This role can be located in either Austria or Germany; with the latter, Munich location would be preferred.
In Austria specifically: The salary for this role is starting from 77,200 euros per annum depending on experience. This is not relative to Germany compensation structure.
In line with our Flexible Work approach, for roles at Microsoft Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, we recommend spending at least two days per week in the office or at the customer site. The specific days to work from the office or at the customer will be defined in agreement between the employee and their manager.
