Responsibilities:

1. Independent management of complex building construction projects, such as office, production and warehouse buildings, R&D buildings and special buildings (new buildings and conversions of existing buildings) in a national and international context.
2. Leading management of the project phases planning, awarding, execution and handover as responsible project manager and client representative.
3. Taking responsibility for the project objectives (costs, deadlines, quality), as well as their tracking and safeguarding.
4. Increasing project efficiency by means of digital applications and the use of lean in the planning and implementation of construction projects.
5. Supporting technical due diligence in the context of real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering or comparable.
2. At least 5 years of professional experience in construction and project management.
3. Proven experience in the organization, preparation and execution of national and international building construction projects in various asset classes; project reference to corporate or public real estate is desirable.
4. Experience with the use of project management platforms and software for cost tracking and scheduling.
5. Experience in the implementation of LEED or DGNB-certified projects is desirable with regard to sustainable construction.
6. High service orientation and work with passion and empathy to achieve project goals.
7. High willingness to travel domestically and abroad (up to 30%).
8. Fluency in English (written and spoken); further language skills are welcome.
