Sustainability Strategy: Drive the global FHCS Sustainability Strategy sub-workstream on Packaging, overseeing global initiatives to meet corporate and regional sustainability targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external NGOs to ensure alignment with sustainability commitments and industry best practices.
Innovation: Lead Packaging Innovation & Future-Ready Solutions by exploring cutting-edge materials, technologies, and circular economy principles to strengthen FHCS’s competitive edge.
Standards & Guidelines: Manage Packaging Standards & Guidelines (e.g. EU-PPWR) to drive efficiency, consistency, and regulatory compliance, ensuring a high-performing and future-proof packaging portfolio.
Development: Deliver Packaging Development for NPD ensuring on-time & high-quality execution of new packaging developments aligned with gate processes, working in close partnership with Marketing, Production, and other key business functions.
Project Management: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals, ensuring efficient resource allocation, timeline management, and achievement of key milestones.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Packaging Management, with both project management and managerial experience.
Master's degree in Packaging Engineering or related technical field.
Fluent in English and German.
Broad-based knowledge of packaging technologies and materials.
Solid knowledge in Sustainability and Life Cycle Methodologies, FMEA, packaging qualification.
Solid knowledge in CAD systems.
Basic knowledge in the fields of PIAS and LEAN.
