  • Handle change control, distribution-related deviations, and complaints.
  • Manage oversight of forwarders including qualification and audits.

Senior) Quality Manager (m / f / x) GDP & Transport

Purpose of the function :

Roles and responsibilities :

Support the Responsible Person in the maintenance and development of the Quality System for wholesale / distribution activities

Support preparation of GDP inspections, participation in self-inspections and GDP audits of forwarders

Handling of change control, distribution-related deviations and complaints

QA assessment in case of temperature deviations

Regular performance review for transportation activities including preparation of KPI reports and definition of corresponding actions

Manage the oversight of forwarders (supplier qualification, QAA negotiation, audits and periodic supplier reviews)

Manage and evaluate local shipping qualification

Support set-up and routine operations for shipping activities performed by Daiichi Sankyo Europe on behalf of Global Logistics

In this role you will work in close cooperation with Logistics to ensure consistent supply to markets with products which meet our high quality standards at any time.

Personal skills and professional experience :

University / FH / Master degree in natural or pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent

At least five years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry and at least two of the four years in Quality Assurance and / or Quality Management

Excellent knowledge of international GDP regulations

Experience with logistic processes

Have assertiveness, strong communication skill paired with diplomatic attitude during negotiations

A true team player, high quality consciousness and a solution-oriented mindset

Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and German
