Job Location:

Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is a production site for passive components. Since 1996 as part of Vishay we have been manufacturing resistors and capacitors. These electronic components are used in medical, entertainment and automotive electronics, among others. With around 900 employees, Vishay plays a key role as one of the most important employers in our region. The town of Selb is located directly on the Czech border and boasts the scenic surroundings of the Fichtelgebirge.

What you will be doing:

• Managing projects to improve and maintain the existing QM system
• Interface to production and development
• Introduction and monitoring of quality measures in production
• Coordination of customer-related quality requirements
• Moderation of problem-solving processes
• Analysis of key figures
• Implementation of internal audits and MSA
• Creation and modification of process instructions
• Complaint processing

What you will bring along:

• Completed engineering studies in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge/further training in the field of management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA)
• Knowledge of quality techniques SPC, MFA, FMEA, process capability analysis, 8D, MSA, PPAP
• Confident handling of MS Office
• very good oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Management experience desirable
• Ability to work in a team

Aufgaben:

• Leitung von Projekten zur Qualitätsverbesserung und Aufrechterhaltung des bestehenden QM-Systems
• Schnittstelle zur Fertigung und Entwicklung
• Einführung und Überwachung von Qualitätsmaßnahmen in der Fertigung
• Koordination von kundenbezogenen Qualitätsanforderungen
• Moderation von Problemlösungsprozessen
• Analyse von Kennzahlen
• Durchführung interner Audits und MSA
• Erstellung und Änderung von Verfahrensanweisungen
• Reklamationsbearbeitung

Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossenes ingenieurtechnisches Studium in den Fachbereichen Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Physik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Kenntnisse/Weiterbildung auf dem Gebiet von Managementsystemen (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA)
• Kenntnisse von Qualitätstechniken SPC, MFA, FMEA, Prozessfähigkeitsanalyse, 8D, MSA, PPAP
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
