Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a QA Engineer to lead manual and automated testing for a React Native mobile app and a Next.js web experience backed by Java/Spring Boot services and a Node BFF. You will execute manual tests, diagnose issues with browser tools, and debug across real devices, simulators, and emulators.

You will build regression suites, expand automation using Playwright and Maestro, and analyze Datadog logs to ensure release readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and building automated test suites from scratch using Playwright for web and Maestro for mobile.
• Experience with Postman or comparable API testing tools.
• Basic SQL, Postgres, and comfort reading structured application logs.

Requirements

• Candidates must be authorized to work in and be located in Mexico
• Comfortable using browser developer tools to inspect JavaScript errors, network requests, payloads, status codes, headers, storage, and device emulation
• Experience testing and debugging React Native applications on real iOS and Android devices, simulators, and emulators
• Ability to read native device and crash logs and use React Native debugging tools
• Experience designing and building automated test suites from scratch using Playwright for web and Maestro for mobile
• Experience with Postman or comparable API testing tools
• Basic SQL, specifically Postgres, and comfort reading structured application logs
• Familiarity with Datadog or a comparable observability platform
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions
• Active use of AI tooling in day-to-day work
