Senior QA Engineer, Mobile Testing

Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to build and enhance automated end-to-end tests for our tax-tech platform in Berlin. You will work with Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to map complex user flows across multiple systems.

You will develop robust testing strategies, contribute to CI/CD tooling, and help shape testing best practices in a regulated fintech environment with a strong focus on quality and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in test automation, particularly end-to-end testing.
• Very good knowledge of Playwright or comparable frameworks, such as Cypress or Selenium
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Experience testing complex, distributed systems
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes spanning multiple components
• Ability to identify weaknesses and inefficient processes and derive robust testing strategies
• Ability to balance clean test architecture with pragmatic implementation
• Ability to communicate technical and business topics clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with mobile testing, particularly native apps, as well as knowledge of automated mobile testing (nice to have)
• Experience with form-based applications or regulated domains, such as fintech or tax (nice to have)
