Jobtailor in Kiel Germany seeks an experienced Quality Assurance professional to build and lead our QA function. You will shape a pragmatic QA strategy, establish processes, and define testing standards across Angular frontend, Node.js backend, and AWS infrastructure.

You will work hands-on with manual testing, explore automation opportunities, and collaborate in an agile SCRUM environment with Development and Product Management. Willingness to develop leadership in QA is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in quality assurance for web applications.
• Experience with manual testing methods.
• Basic understanding of test automation (E2E, integration, and unit testing).
• Ability to document test processes and communicate them to others.
• Experience with commonly used testing tools.
• Nice to have: Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of API testing with Postman or REST clients.
• Nice to have: Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Nice to have: Understanding of GoBD and GDPR compliance, or willingness to learn.
• Nice to have: Initial leadership experience or an interest in developing in this direction.
• Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
