Job Description

Senior QA Engineer - 100% Remote in Germany

Join a highly collaborative team focused on delivering quality software at scale. We’re looking for a QA Engineer/ Test Automation Engineer who’s proactive, hands-on, and passionate about improving testing practices and driving product quality through automation.

About our client

A leading SaaS company based in Germany, focused on AI-driven automation for enterprise customer service operations

Your Responsibilities

• Take proactive ownership of the end-to-end quality assurance process—from writing and executing tests to managing test data and driving test coverage
• Evaluate and implement the most effective test automation tools while staying informed on industry trends and innovations
• Maintain clear, actionable quality metrics to ensure transparency across teams, especially during critical release phases
• Mentor and support team members in developing and maintaining automated tests

Your Profile

• Several years of hands-on experience in test automation for both frontend and backend systems, including tools like Robot Framework, Postman, Selenium and Playwright
• Exposure to test Management Systems: Xray (Jira extension), TestRail
• A collaborative, hands-on mindset—you’re ready to step in when needed
• Ideally certified in ISTQB
• Strong communication skills and a structured, quality-driven work style
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German (atleast A2 level and above)
