Job summary

zooplus, headquartered in Munich, seeks a Senior Quality and Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and quality assurance for non-food pet products. The role requires collaboration across departments to ensure products meet standards and company policies.

You will review technical documentation, manage complaints, support product development, and help implement new regulations such as green claims and packaging.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector.
• Knowledge of product quality norms, certifications, and standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well.
• Proficient English at C1 level.
• Experience in project management.

We are looking for a Senior Quality and Compliance Manager to oversee the compliance and quality assurance of our non-food pet products. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet regulatory standards and company policies.
