zooplus SE, headquartered in Munich with offices across Madrid, Krakow, Wroclaw, London and Vienna, is seeking a Senior Quality and Compliance Manager to oversee compliance and quality assurance for non-food pet products. The role requires English at C1 and experience in quality standards, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

The position offers hybrid working (60% in the office, 40% at home) with an option to work 20 days abroad in approved countries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector.
• Knowledge of product quality norms, certifications, and standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level is essential.
• Experience in project management.
