Trade Finance and Lending is a key business area in our Corporate Bank, heavily reliant on IT platforms to serve clients. We are updating our IT platform to introduce new services and automate processes.

Our in-house IT team has successfully developed and deployed a strategic platform for Trade Finance and Lending. Building on this success, we aim to enhance our strategic architecture further.

We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong analytical skills to ensure product quality, contribute to requirements analysis, data interpretation, and process improvements. This role offers growth potential towards a Business Analyst position.

Your key responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to define test scenarios and identify gaps
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to clarify requirements
• Design and execute tests
• Investigate defects, identify root causes, and suggest improvements
• Validate data through UI, API, logs, or database queries
• Create and maintain documentation (requirements, test cases, user guides, process schemas)
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and represent the user perspective
• Provide input on usability, performance, and edge cases from both QA and business viewpoints
• Participate actively in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives

Your skills and experiences

• 3+ years of QA experience (manual or mixed)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to understand and challenge business logic
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with tech and business teams
• Experience with Postman, SQL, Jira, Confluence
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
