Zusammenfassung

Productiv Team is seeking a senior QA lead to shape the quality backbone of our enterprise platforms, uniting APIs and frontend systems to power critical workflows. You’ll design automation strategies and ensure reliable releases by aligning testing with business goals and CI/CD practices.

You’ll collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders and engineering to build scalable frameworks for UI, API and end‑to‑end tests, validate complex workflows (orders, payments, financial processes)

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years in QA with a strong automation background.
• Hands-on API testing (REST/SOAP) and UI automation with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
• CI/CD tooling experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience in requirement analysis, functional validation, and writing acceptance criteria.
• Ability to validate enterprise workflows and financial/transactional processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and proactive mindset.

What you do

• Lead QA strategy and design scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and end-to-end testing
• Build and maintain regression and functional test suites, ensuring quality gates within CI/CD pipelines
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Validate end-to-end workflows and integrations (orders, payments, financial and transactional processes) across frontend, APIs, and backend systems

What you bring

• 7–10 years in QA with a strong automation background, running quality across enterprise platforms
• Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and UI automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Solid understanding of automation frameworks, test design patterns, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Strong experience in requirement analysis, functional validation, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Comfort validating enterprise workflows, integrations, and financial/transactional processes
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Nice to have

• SAP integrations (SOAP services)
• Exposure to Salesforce or similar platforms
• Performance testing experience
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools
