Jobbeschreibung

• Design and develop test plans for project requirements and scope, including device and browser matrix
• Design and orchestrate agentic workflows for testing by breaking quality objectives into executable steps, providing context and tools, and validating results
• Perform manual and automated testing as required
• Set up and write test suites for functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of web applications and APIs
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and report findings
• Review product and technical specifications to ensure they are unambiguous and testable
• Work with developers to fix defects
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and client teams in the UK and Brazil
• Participate in peer review of team deliverables and agile ceremonies
• Demonstrate work to client stakeholders at the end of each sprint
• Stay up to date on testing methodologies and tools
• Advise on and implement web accessibility best practices

Requirements

• Solid experience in testing CMS based web applications, including functional, non-functional, and usability testing
• Prior experience leading and defining QA strategy and scoping
• Experience writing test plans based on user story scenarios and non-functional requirements
• Hands-on use of AI tools in real delivery work, including AI coding assistants, LLM-based test generation, or AI-supported analysis
• Experience querying and testing RESTful APIs
• Experience with UI and API test automation, such as Selenium and Postman
• Deep BDD knowledge and experience writing scenarios using Gherkin syntax and frameworks such as SpecFlow or Cucumber
• Experience with accessibility testing and knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and communicate test results effectively
• Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality software products
• Practical knowledge of cross-platform, cross-browser development and website testing techniques
• Working knowledge of continuous delivery and continuous integration, including Git, GitFlow, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working within project management/agile delivery methodology as part of a wider team
• Fluent in English
• Experience with headless CMSs such as Storyblok and Sanity is a plus
• Experience with agentic SDLC or spec-driven development practices is a plus
• Familiarity with agent tooling and integration patterns, including MCP servers, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration, is a plus
• Experience building evaluation approaches for AI-generated artifacts is a plus
• Experience testing AI-powered products is a plus
• Experience with security and compliance best practices is a plus
• Familiarity with web analytics tools is a plus
• Experience writing performance and benchmarking scripts is a plus
• Exposure to semantic HTML and SEO testing is a plus
