From E-Frontiers, we are looking for a (Senior) Property Valuer to join one of our clients, a fast-growing and fully digital property valuation company operating across Germany.

You will be part of a modern and agile team of experts dedicated to high-quality residential and commercial property appraisals, working 100% remotely (if you prefer) and supported by cutting-edge internal tools and technology.

We are a specialized recruitment agency originally from Ireland, with over 10 years of presence in Spain and Germany. The hiring will be directly with the client, and we’ll guide you throughout the process to ensure a smooth and successful journey.

What You’ll Do :

• Independently prepare property valuations for residential and commercial properties.
• Organize and conduct property viewings using a proprietary digital app.
• Support portfolio valuation projects in a quality-driven and process-oriented environment.
• For senior profiles) Mentor junior valuers and review peer reports.

What You’ll Need :

• Experience in property valuation (market and / or mortgage lending value).
• Certification such as HypZert, DIAZert, or MRICS is a plus for senior roles.
• Familiarity with valuation tools like LORA is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail, structured and proactive mindset.
• High level of German (C1+) and professional proficiency in English.
