1. Strategic development of products in the "Efficiency & Heat" sector and taking responsibility for their growth and success
2. Development and implementation of heat planning concepts for industrial and municipal areas, considering local conditions and needs
3. Analysis and assessment of existing heat infrastructure and identification of potentials for efficiency improvements and renewable energy use
4. Support in creating and updating heat plans and integrating them into overall municipal planning
5. Creation of energy concepts and feasibility studies
6. Expansion of strategic fields in gas network transformation planning and electricity grid planning
7. Consultation on funding opportunities and financing concepts for heat supply projects
8. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and guidelines within municipal heat planning
9. Development and implementation of business strategies to increase energy efficiency and optimize heat solutions for our clients
10. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
11. Potential leadership and further development of a highly qualified team of specialists and consultants
12. Identifying market trends and opportunities for continuous improvement of our services

Qualifications

• Completed degree in engineering, energy and heat technology, environmental and process engineering / renewable energies, business administration, or a related field
• Several years of experience as a project manager, ideally in the energy sector or a related sector
• Solid knowledge of energy efficiency, heat technologies, and current market developments
• Experience in technical plant planning of heat generation plants and heat networks; experience according to HOAI is advantageous
• Experience in technical plant planning and measurement concepts is advantageous
• Professional experience with energy suppliers in the heat sector is advantageous
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions
• Willingness to travel regularly to serve customers, branches, and partners in Germany and Switzerland
