We are seeking a Senior Projektmanager : in (m / f / d) Earth Observation & Reconnaissance for permanent employment in Bremen.

Your Tasks

• Serve as the main interface and responsible person in satellite ground system projects, liaising with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and program management.
• Define project goals collaboratively with the customer and program management.
• Establish project timelines, allocate budgets according to contractual obligations, and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Build, support, develop, and lead the assigned project team.
• Select suitable subcontractors and maintain good relationships with external contractors.
• Monitor and control technical progress, schedules, costs, and quality against the project plan.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Business Administration / Economics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of project management experience, ideally in the aerospace industry with government clients in the military sector.
• Experience in manufacturing, commissioning, and operation of complex space and ground segments.
• Experience managing large-volume subcontracts.
• Knowledge of certification processes and safety-critical systems.
• Familiarity with project management software and systems engineering tools.
• Structured work approach with strict compliance adherence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high customer orientation.
• Fluent German language skills.
