The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the finance department plays a key role. The unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud.

How You Will CELLebrate

• Management and execution of different workpackages as part of the overall “Investor Readiness” project at PowerCo SE
• Coordination and technical contact person for company-wide activities as part of the investor readiness of PowerCo SE
• Preparation of decision papers for and communication with top decision-makers from PowerCo and cooperation partners
• Assumption of ad-hoc tasks of the CFO and special projects
• Continuous improving of program and project governance and processes
• Managing and ensuring delivery of project milestone along all KPIs
  
  

What You Need For Our CELLebration

• Successfully completed master's degree in business administration or comparable
• 2+ years of professional experience, e.g. in the areas of finance, especially capital market environment, battery industry, statistics, analytics, project management, consulting
• High degree of initiative and intercultural competence
• Strong analytical, structured and strategic skills
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong conceptual skills in MS Power Point
