Une entreprise leader dans la mise en œuvre de systèmes ERP recherche un Project Manager expérimenté. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de projets complexes, de la coordination avec des clients divers et de la structuration de projets selon leurs exigences. Ce rôle nécessite une expérience avérée en méthodologie agile et une aptitude à maintenir des relations de confiance. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec divers acteurs dans un environnement dynamique, avec la possibilité de travailler à distance.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets ERP.
• Expérience prouvée en méthodologie agile (certifié Scrum Master).
• Compétences communicationnelles et relationnelles fortes.

• Gestion, planification et contrôle des projets ERP avec des méthodes agiles.
• Premier point de contact pour les clients et les équipes internes.

Your mission

• Management, planning and control of ERP projects with agile methods
• First point of contact for our customers and internal and external team members
• Creating trusting and long-term customer relationships with our national and international customers
• Coordination of various stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
• Structuring projects according to the requirements of the respective customer situation and in the various project phases
• Coordination and realisation of meetings and workshops, both on-site and online
• Risk and conflict management as well as change management
• Budget and progress controlling
  
  

Your profile

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a project manager in the implementation of complex ERP systems or software projects on the customer or service provider side
• Proven experience in an agile project methodology (e.g. certified Scrum Master)
• Confident and confident appearance with customers and strong communication skills
• Team player in a collegial organisation
• Solution- and service-orientated way of working
• Experience in the organisation and moderation of complex project situations
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office products and sound knowledge of project planning software
• Very good knowledge of German and English
