Job summary

Ecarx Co. sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft im Bereich Advanced Quality Planning im Automotive-Umfeld, mit Fokus auf Entwicklung und Serienreife.

Sie leiten Q-Pläne, steuern Kundenanforderungen, koordinieren Sampling- und Freigabeprozesse und entwickeln Reifegradmodelle gemäß Vorgaben der OEMs. Die Tätigkeit erfolgt in Stuttgart, vor Ort, mit Fokus auf Qualität in Entwicklungsprojekten.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 10+ years in automotive development/production.
• Extensive experience in APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA and OEM quality requirements.
• German and English skills; good communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leitung fortschrittlicher Quality-Planning-Aktivitäten in der BU.
• Kundenkontakt zu allen qualitätsrelevanten Aspekten in Entwicklungsprojekten.
• Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung qualitätsrelevanter Aktivitäten (Qualitätsplan) in Entwicklungsprojekten.
• Koordination mit dem Kunden von Sampling- und Freigabeprozessen.
• Entwicklung und Implementierung eines Reifegradmodells gemäß Kundenvorgaben.
• Enge Abstimmung von Projektaktivitäten mit PM, SQA und Testmanagement.
• Erfahrung in SMT, Endmontage und Testen.

Job description

1.Leading Advanced Quality Planning activities in the BU.

2.Customer interface for all quality relevant aspects in the development projects.

3.Planning, execution and surveillance of quality related activities (quality plan) in the development projects.

4.Coordination with the customer of sampling and approval processes.

5.Development and implementation of a maturity model according to customer requirements.

6.Close coordination of project activities with PM, SQA and Test Management.

1.Engineering degree or comparable qualification with at least 10 years working experience in automotive industry.

2.Several years of professional experience within development and production of Software defined products.

3.Several years of professional experience in the field of advanced quality planning, preferable with Infotainment devices.

4.Strong project management skills. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes (SMT, final assembly and testing).

5.In-depth knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, ...), problem solving methods (8D, FTA, Ishikawa,..) and OEM quality requirements (VW Formel Q, BMW GS,...).

6.Good written and spoken German and English skills; Good communication skills and convincing appearance.

7.Experienced user of MS Office and SAP.
